FROM THE ART INSTITUTE OF CHICAGO’S CATALOG

The third child of Camille Pissarro, Georges and his brother Lucien studied under their father, surrounded by artists such as Maximillian Luce (1858–1941), a painter and printmaker associated with Neo-Impressionism. Georges was just 16 when he drew this.
